The Traditionals Spotlight: Residence One X
We can’t wait to celebrate the grand opening of our new homes in East Sacramento at our Sutter Park neighborhood later this Spring! In anticipation, we’re going to highlight Residence One X in the Traditionals neighborhood – one of our favorite plans in this community.
We designed each of our 3 Sutter Park neighborhoods with community top-of-mind; driven by the desire to weave these new homes into the rich tapestry of East Sacramento’s history and heritage. The Traditionals neighborhood features some of our most luxurious homes.
Starting in the low $1 millions, Residence One X features 3 different elevations: French Cottage, Modern Farmhouse and Spanish Eclectic. Each of these two-story homes is 2,698 sq. ft and features a 2-car garage, 4 beds and 3.5 baths with the option of either a 5th bedroom or a loft upstairs (below).
