Sutter Park Updates: Winter Edition

It’s only January, but we’ve been hard at work and making incredible progress here at our highly anticipated Sutter Park community in East Sacramento! We’re excited to share these updates with you here and look forward to sharing more news with you soon as we near our Grand Opening in early spring!

Community Park is Complete!

One of our priorities in creating the Sutter Park community was to organize the homes around joyful public spaces, and the central community park is the geographic and social heart. Designed with an expansive recessed lawn surrounded by shade trees, and private hedges and roses reminiscent of the gardens that defined east Sacramento over 100 years ago, and adorned with sculptures created by local artists. There’s plenty of built-in seating as well as a canopy for impromptu get-togethers, and a play area to entertain future generations.

Models Are Being Built

Our models are coming along nicely, and we’re excited to share them with you at our Grand Opening in early spring! If you’d like to get a sneak peek at what’s in store, take a virtual tour of all three neighborhoods:
