Our Sutter Park community is coming along, and this highly-anticipated development is going to be stunning! We are pleased to announce that sales have begun at Sutter Park. Because there are so many individuals eager to start living at Sutter Park, we have chosen to only release pricing and schedule virtual tours with those that have been pre-qualified. You can become pre-qualified, too, and receive all the benefits:
- Prequalified home buyers will be contacted to schedule an appointment for a Virtual Model tour. These will only be extended to those prequalified.
- Your chance, in the order of approval, to review lot availability and residence choice.

Our Sales Center Trailer is under construction, and we now anticipate completion in mid to late August. Due to the City of Sacramento Building Department approval delays, we are not yet on site. In the meantime, however, we are excited that our beautiful Design Studio is complete and the selections are stunning!
